Project Coordinator - grant reporting (El Paso, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quarry Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
