Project Coordinator - grant reporting (El Paso, TX)

Ironwood Summit Community Partners is a nonprofit in El Paso supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with client intake. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
