Project Coordinator - grant reporting (El Paso, TX)

Northwind Birch Arts Center Group runs a venue and education programmes in El Paso, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
