Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Detroit, MI)

Nova Basin Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Detroit. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 720 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
