Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Sable Community Partners Group is a Des Moines charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving benefits enrolment. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
