Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Glen Health Group is a healthcare provider in Des Moines with clinics and support teams, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
