Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Forge Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
