Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Iron Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
