Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Pike Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Des Moines, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 192 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
