Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Des Moines, IA)

Harborlight Haven Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Des Moines producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
