Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Nest Medical and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
