Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Glen Health Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Denver. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
