Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Denver, CO)

Lumen Basin Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Denver. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scheduling. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
