Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Glen Care Services provides in-home and community support in Dallas. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
