Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge River Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with parts orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
