Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for usage data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 162 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
