Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Cedar Facilities is a facilities company in Dallas with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving safety inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
