Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Dallas, TX)

Amberfield Loom Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
