Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Forge Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Dallas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
