Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Cross Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Dallas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
