Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Forge Freight is a Dallas logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
