Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Silverline River Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Columbus. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 244 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
