Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Manufacturing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification.
