Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Stonegate Lantern Pharma develops and makes medicines in Columbus. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification.
