Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Linden Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Columbus, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. We reward reliability. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
