Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Harborlight Stone Freight is a Columbus logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
