Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Kestrel Auto Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 343 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving vehicle inspections. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with vehicle inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
