Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Telecom Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with service installations. • PMP or CAPM certification.
