Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Nova Meridian Health is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records.
