Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Granite Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Colorado Springs producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
