Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Orchard Health runs clinics and patient services around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
