Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield River Manufacturing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be grant reporting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
