Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Hollow Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Cincinnati presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving school partnerships. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
