Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Wren Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We reward reliability. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tracking. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
