Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Fernwood Stone Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Cincinnati focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
