Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Northwind Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
