Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Junction Community Partners is a nonprofit in Cincinnati supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
