Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Cincinnati, OH)

Redstone Umber Inspection Services is an inspection company in Cincinnati with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 571 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
