Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Beacon Manufacturing Group makes precision components in Chicago, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
