Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Chicago, IL)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 18 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
