Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Chicago, IL)

Fernwood Birch Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 166 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification.
