Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Chicago, IL)

Greenridge Pine Community Partners Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client intake. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
