Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Chicago, IL)

Amberfield Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Chicago producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving batch records. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
