Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Chicago, IL)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Chicago plant, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
