Nova Vista Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
