Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Westbrook Glen Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Charlotte, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our grant reporting. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
