Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Charlotte, NC)

Clearpath North Medical is a Charlotte company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
