Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Charleston, SC)

Bright Kestrel Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
