Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Charleston, SC)

Silverline Vale Community Partners is a nonprofit in Charleston supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on grant reporting. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
