Project Coordinator - grant reporting (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Beacon Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on grant reporting for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
